Former "A Better Beep" services have now been completely integrated with Sky Way Network's existing infrastructure. "A Better Beep" customers may find that they need to reconfigure some or all of their own equipment as a result of this migration. Some common service changes are outlined below. For any other inquiries, please contact Sky Way Network's technical staff at 1-800-549-7243.
SNPP paging: SNPP clients must be configured to contact Sky Way Network's SNPP server at snpp.skymessage.net, port 444.
Email paging: Customers wishing to have emails sent to their pager should use the following address formats:

nxxnxxxxxx@pager.skymessage.net will send the from line, subject line, and first part of the body of the email to the pager identified with the 10-digit ID nxxnxxxxxx.
nxxnxxxxxx@alert.skymessage.net will send the from line and subject lines only to the pager identified with the 10-digit ID nxxnxxxxxx.
TAPP paging: Answering services wishing to send numeric or alpha pages to Sky Way Network's paging customers should contact Sky Way Networks for the appropriate TAPP dialer number for their region. Customer records are required to be identified with their 10 digit ID. 7 digit IDs may not be processed correctly.
